A Pennsylvania woman at a sports bar allegedly went to the bathroom where she delivered a baby, suffocated him with a plastic bag, and hid the body in the toilet tank before returning to watch a wrestling match.
Amanda Catherine Hein, 26, is being held without bail.
The bar owner, Dave Rank, told the Morning Call that bar employees found the fetus inside the tank when they were cleaning
. In a clearly upsetting situation, he said he called the police and his church.

“It’s very hard to go through,” he told the paper. “My biggest concern is my employees, the mother, and the baby. I just want everybody to say prayers for those people.”
The New York Daily News said authorities reported Hein was apparently eating at the bar with three friends
, one of whom told police she went to the bathroom with back pains. She didn’t come out for about 40 minutes, and the friends texted her to see if she was all right.
The Daily News said one friend, Luis Rivera, told officials she came back and had blood on her, which she told them to ignore. They all left the bar about an hour later.
A Northampton County district attorney said blood and other fluids were found in the booth that Hein occupied at the restaurant, the Daily News said.
Hein was charged Monday with criminal homicide. If found guilty, she could face the death penalty because intentionally killing a child under 12 is a capital offense.
The Daily News said Hein’s grandmother was “stunned” and a neighbor said he didn’t know Hein was pregnant and that she didn’t look pregnant.
Pennsylvania has a Safe Haven law, which allows parents to drop off babies at area hospitals and not face any criminal charges.
