White House tourists got a thrill when they ran into President Barack Obama and talk show host Steve Harvey as they admired the president's digs recently.
Harvey was at the White House to tape Obama for a segment on his television show when he asked the president to mix and mingle with unsuspecting tour-goers.

“Let’s go spread some Christmas cheer with folks who are taking some Christmas tours in the White House,” he said.
“My man, that’s going to be good,” said an elated Harvey.
The tourists were surprised to see the Commander in Chief. Harvey? Not so much.
One bright-eyed boy named Jordan received a handshake and a comment from Obama he will likely remember the rest of his life.
“You got ears just like me,’’ Obama said. “That’s good, man. That gives you some special power.”
Obama hugged one woman who was celebrating her birthday and said “Feliz Navidad” to another.
While Harvey stood next to Obama as tour-goers filed in, they only had eyes for the president.
“I’ve never been ignored these many times ever,” Harvey said, chuckling.
“They just can’t see you behind the decorations,’’ Obama retorted.
“This is really cool,” said Harvey, who told one clueless visitor that he was Cedric the entertainer.
Harvey's interview with Obama airs this Friday on his daytime show.
