Bud Light excited viewers over the weekend by teasing a "warm-up" to its highly anticipated Arnold Schwarzenegger Super Bowl commercial during the NFC Championship game between the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers.

The former governor of California reportedly signed a $3 million deal with the beer maker to star in a series of Super Bowl ads. The company teased Schwarzenegger's spot, as well as others starring actor Don Cheadle and comedian Reggie Watts, on Sunday.

"Our six Super Bowl ad teasers give viewers a peek behind the curtain, but fans will have to tune in during the game to see how these seemingly unrelated events form one cohesive story," Bud Light Vice President Rob McCarthy told AdAge.com in a statement.

The Schwarzenegger commercial got a lot of laughs and some digs from Twitter users.
