"Amish Mafia" star Esther Schmucker will be discussing domestic violence and her relationship with a non-Amish man during Tuesday night's episode on the Discovery Channel's reality TV series.

The 27-year-old Schmucker was left with a broken nose, broken cheekbone, and several missing teeth after she was savagely beaten last October by her wannabe rapper former boyfriend, Imir Williams. The 24-year-old Williams, whom Schmucker said was physically abusive on several occasions, was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault. In December, Williams pleaded guilty to the charges.

In the revealing interview, the 27-year-old Schmucker will discuss how Williams initially appeared to be the perfect boyfriend when he started courting her. However, he flew into violent rages on several occasions, the most serious of which left her with injuries to her face.

"At first he was sweet, charming, he seemed perfect," Schmucker said in a preview clip posted to ExtraTV.com. "We kept seeing each other, things are getting worse, he started losing his temper a lot more, more consistently, like on a daily basis. Half the time I didn't know what I did that would send him into one of his rages.

"And then one night ... He instantly started yelling at me. And he pushed me and I fell back into my dresser," Schmucker continued. "At that point he just came lunging at me. … He pushed me back on the bed and jumped on top of me and just started wailing at my face. … There was blood everywhere."

According to Schmucker, Williams did not leave her for the next four days, in an apparent attempt to avoid being discovered. He eventually left the house where they were staying, which was not in Amish country, at which point Schmucker asked a friend to take her to the police.

Williams initially attempted to hide from authorities until he was eventually apprehended by police.
