Agnieszka Radwanska, the Wimbledon women's semi-finalist from Poland, has been dropped from a Catholic youth movement after appearing semi-naked on the cover of ESPN's annual "Body Issue."
In the photo, the 24-year-old tennis pro is seen poolside gripping two tennis balls in her hands while leaning forward in a deckchair dangling her feet in a pool with floating tennis balls. Her position and arms cover her private areas, though her right breast is partially exposed.
The photo shoot was part of ESPN Magazine's annual "Body Issue,"
which showcases the physiques of 20 athletes, from professional football players such as 49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick to soccer players such as Sydney Leroux of the U.S. Women's National Team.

The shoot even featured 77-year-old professional golfer Gary Player.
After seeing the photo, the Catholic youth organization Krucjata Mlodych, which translates into "Youth Crusade," condemned it as "immoral behavior," Britain's Daily Mail reported.
Radwanska was subsequently dropped from the organization's campaigns.
"It’s a shame that someone who has declared their love for Jesus is now promoting the mentality of men looking at a woman as a thing rather than a child of God worthy of respect and love," Father Marek Dziewiecki, a senior Catholic priest, told The Telegraph.
"If she meets a man who she can truly love and establish a happy family and raise Catholic children, then she would probably have to hide these pictures from relatives."
Known for keeping to herself despite her tennis fame, the revealing photo of Radwanska caused a stir among Polish media outlets in addition to the response from the nation's clergy.
Radwanska has yet to weigh in on the controversy.
By taking off her clothes for ESPN, Radwanska follows in the footsteps of other tennis pros such as Serena Williams and Vera Zvonareva.
In the ESPN interview accompanying the racy photo, Radwanska told the magazine, "I feel fortunate that I can stay pretty lean without having to do too much gym work."
The tennis pro routinely does a 300 sit-up workout in order to maintain a "rock hard" stomach she says.

Despite the dedication to staying fit, she did divulge a weakness for fast foods in the ESPN interview, particularly "McDonald's cheeseburgers or cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory. I am proud to say I have tried every single one!"
Radwanska, who is ranked number four in the world, lost to Germany's Sabine Lisicki in this year's Wimbledon semi-final.
