In an interview with Sally Quinn of The Washington Post, evangelist Franklin Graham fiercely defended his views on Islam, calling it "shameful, wicked and evil."
"True Islam cannot be practiced in this country" because of its treatment toward women, he explained. But he stressed he is not on a crusade against Islam, and that as a Christian he knows that Christ loves all Muslims and died for their sins.
