Michael Reagan offered an Op-Ed response on Oct. 18 to the second presidential debate between President Obama and Republican candidate Mitt Romney. He points out that the working poor are getting lost in the shuffle as terms such as "middle class" and "rich" are tossed around, while gas prices soar and the president's economic failures continue to unfold. He also contrasts the president's track record with that of Gov. Romney and President Ronald Reagan as he asks American voters, particularly the undecideds, to "step up" for the United States of America
