Sarah Palin is out with a new video stressing the need for Republicans to press on with efforts to defund Obamacare because of the so-called "death panels" she says are included in the law to limit services to people who may not be able to afford full coverage plans.

The video, "Just Sayin," appears on her YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook pages, and on the website of her political action committee – SarahPAC.

Story continues below.

In a note accompanying the video, Palin also makes reference to potential U.S. strikes against Syria by writing, "Enough of this foreign fiasco distraction. Get back to work. It is time to bomb Obamacare."

The video includes commentary from Palin and others claiming the existence of death panels under the Affordable Care Act.

"This bill was always going to lead to rationing [of healthcare services], but the important thing to remember is that's just one aspect of Obamacare," Palin said, asking: "Why wasn't there just more honesty through this whole process?"
