Washington Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers is the new chairwoman of the Republican conference in the U.S. House of Representatives.

McMorris Rodgers, among four women elected to top GOP leadership posts on Wednesday, will be the No. 4 Republican in the House in the next term, The Hill reports. She beat Georgia Rep. Tom Price, who was favored among conservatives.

The others named to leadership posts on Wednesday include:
Kansas Rep. Lynn Jenkins, who succeeds McMorris Rodgers as the conference’s vice chairwoman.

North Carolina Rep. Virginia Foxx, who becomes conference secretary.

Missouri Rep.-elect Ann Wagner, who will be the freshman representative on leadership.

Meanwhile, Ohio Rep. John Boehner remains House Speaker, along with Virginia Rep. Eric Cantor as Majority Leader, and California Rep. Kevin McCarthy as Majority Whip.

They were expected to retain their positions, The Hill reports.
