Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush said that his parents are split over whether he should make a presidential bid in 2016.

“I think we’ve got a split ballot amongst the Bush senior family,” Jeb Bush said Sunday on ABC’s “Meet the Press.” “I’m pretty sure that’s the case.”

Bush said his father, former President George H.W. Bush, disagreed with his mother, family matriarch Barbara Bush, who famously said, there have been “enough Bushes” in the White House.

The 60-year-old Republican disclosed the household division during the “Sunday Spotlight” segment in honor of Father’s Day.

Growing up, every day was Father’s Day in the Bush family, George W. Bush’s younger brother said.

“I honestly believe that he’s the best dad and the best man I’ve ever met,” he said of the 89-year-old former president. “I’m not kidding. The guy is unbelievable, and he keeps coming back for more. For a guy who has been an incredible leader in every way, he is the most humble man I know. What I’ve learned through my dad is that humility is perhaps the most powerful tool of leadership that exists today.”
