Friday, 04 Nov 2011 12:55 PM

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has begun a radio ad campaign railing against 25 Republicans as part of its “Drive for 25” program, Politico reports.
That’s the number of seats the party must win to regain control of the House.

The 25 are Rick Crawford of Arizona, Dan Lungren of California, Jeff Denham of California,
Elton Gallegly of California, Mary Bono Mack of California, Scott Tipton of Colorado, Dan Webster of Florida, Vern Buchanan of Florida, David Rivera of Florida, Steve King of Iowa, Tim Johnson of Illinois, Bobby Schilling of Illinois, Larry Bucshon of Indiana, Roscoe Bartlett of Maryland, Dan Benishek of Michigan, Charlie Bass of New Hampshire, Joe Heck of Nevada, Ann Marie Buerkle of New York, Lou Barletta of Pennsylvania, Charlie Dent of Pennsylvania, Kristi Noem of South Dakota, Quico Canseco of Texas, Sean Duffy of Wisconsin, Reid Ribble of Wisconsin, and David McKinley of West Virginia.

One ad, against Rep. Rick Crawford, accuses him of aiding oil companies: "While families are hurting here in Arkansas, Congressman Rick Crawford is focused on helping out his special interest friends. Our seniors are worried about making endsmeet. And Congressman Crawford is making sure that big oil companies keep their giant tax loopholes and the most wealthy keep their tax cuts and hasn’t done anything to create more jobs or help the middle class.”
