John Kasich is primed to beat incumbent Democratic Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland on Nov. 2, says Fox News analyst Dick Morris. The Republican Kasich, who also has had double-digit leads in several polls, has been hammering Strickland as an Obama agenda replicant. Political observers view the Buckeye State contest as important because of the state’s weight in presidential contests.
Also in Ohio, former Bush budget director and Congressman Rob Portman will recapture the U.S. Senate seat for the Republicans and defeat Lt. Gov. Lee Fisher, says Morris, who also is a Newsmax contributor.
