Former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina’s quest to unseat Democratic U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer remains so close that it could go either way, says Fox News analyst Dick Morris. But Fiorina will win, he says. Boxer hasn’t risen above 50 percent in a variety of polls, says Morris, a Newsmax contributor who notes that Fiorina has been tied with the long-term incumbent in some polls.
