The first two games of the World Series were a trial of errors with the Boston Red Sox and the St. Louis Cardinals racking up mistakes, Zach McCrite of 101 ESPN Sports Radio in St. Louis, Mo., says.
"This has not been a defensive masterpiece by either team really. In the first two games … there's been nine errors by the two teams combined. I mean that's crazy," McCrite told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"It's not been pretty. So the question may become can someone take advantage of those miscues … It's going to end up being the team that screws up [less] is going to win the game."
The series is now tied 1-1 with the third game being played Saturday in St. Louis.
