Obamacare is "going over like a lead balloon" and will be an "albatross" for Democrats in the 2014 elections, Sen. Lindsey Graham predicted Monday.
"This bill sucks. It really does. And, it's really an albatross around our Democratic friends," Graham said on Fox News.
"It's beginning to collapse economically. People are beginning to lose jobs. They're getting part-time employment. People's healthcare costs are going up. It's not playing well in the real world. Eventually, it will hit Washington," the South Carolina Republican said.

Graham said he expects the Democratic majority in the Senate will prevail in taking out the portion of the House stopgap spending bill passed last week that defunds Obamacare.
He said that vote would come back to haunt them in next year's midterm congressional election.
"Here's the good news. We'll have a vote where every Republican votes to defund Obamacare, and practically every Democrat will keep it in place. And that will be the defining issue in 2014. This is an albatross around their neck. Obamacare is going over like a lead balloon," Graham said.
"This time next year, I think there will be more than a few Democrats looking to Republicans finding a way to take this monkey off their back," he said.
Graham suggested that while the current effort to cripple Obamacare may fail, opponents should be patient, "keep fighting," and "fight smart."
Still, he said that in the short term there may be some specific parts of the law, including a little-known tax, that Democrats and Republicans can agree to delay or repeal.
"I think the House colleagues, along with Senate Democrats and the White House, can find a way to delay parts of Obamacare, maybe repeal the medical device taxes hurting that part of the economy," Graham said.
"Obamacare will take a hit, but I don't think it will be defunded," he concluded.
