Global Warming Skeptic: UN Climate Report Ignores Science

Friday, 27 Sep 2013 07:18 PM

By Bill Hoffmann

A United Nations climate report that says global warming is getting worse because of the growing use of energy ignores current data that shows temperatures have not risen in 15 years, says Marc Morano, executive director of ClimateDepot.com.

"They're basically saying, 'Pay no attention to current data because we promise you things are going to get really bad in the future and we must act now to prevent it,'" Morano told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

Story continues below video.

Morano said one of the lead authors of the U.N. report advocated just two years ago for tripling the price of gas to save the planet.

"[This is] predetermined science," he said.
