Men have been marginalized in today's world and career-oriented women must realize they still need them for a fulfilling life, says Suzanne Venker, founder of the pro-male website Women for Men.
"It's really sad that it has come to . . . this gender war between women and men," Venker told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"We're so used to blaming men, and it's absolutely perfectly PC to blame them all day long. Nobody blinks an eye," she said Monday.

"The reality is, nothing is going to happen if women don't start to realize that perhaps they have pushed men away by saying over and over, I don't need you; I can just do fine without you. And so, therefore, there's no incentive for men to want to marry."
Partly to blame are feminists who say that women can have a career and a family on their own schedules, and don't have to abide by the traditional timetables of past generations, Venker says.
Her website, Women for Men, is a news and opinion blog aimed at improving gender relations and fighting what it calls society's "war with masculinity."
"Men need to feel needed, like they're going to bring something to the table, and when you tell them they're not, they'll say, all right, I'll go down to the basement and play my video games, or whatever," she said.
"There's no question that the power is in the hands of feminists who have a lot of money and a lot of friends in high places . . . but the reality is the alternative is what? To just do nothing and let their message go unchallenged, which is not okay."
