Boston Herald columnist and radio talk show host Howie Carr joined John Bachman and Ed Berliner on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV to discuss Carr's latest column on Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's request for a "human-rights lawyer" when he regained consciousness after the attack and whether the statements he made will have to be thrown out because he didn't have a lawyer present.
