The United States has essentially become a "de facto, massive health insurance company" thanks to the Affordable Care Act, says David Bozell, executive director of ForAmerica
"We the taxpayers are both its customers and its investors,'' Bozell told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"But the singular difference is it's probably the worst health insurance company in the history of mankind."

He said the healthcare law has gone over budget and forced the cancellation of millions of insurance policies.
Bozell, whose group promotes personal freedom, personal responsibility, Judeo-Christian values, and a strong national defense, also says the law's policy on pre-existing conditions isn't as clear as people believe.
"You won't be excluded if you have a pre-existing condition, but the law does not guarantee that you're going to get healthcare. There's a difference between health insurance and healthcare," he said.
"So there's no guarantee that you're going to be able to keep [it]."
