Walter Williams: US Military Must Be in Charge in Iraq

The U.S. war against ISIS must be fought by the nation's top military men and women, says syndicated columnist Walter Williams, an economist at George Mason University.

"We need war to be fought by generals,'' Williams said Friday on "The Steve Malzberg Show'' on Newsmax TV.

"This is why we won both Gulf wars — because we let the general be in charge.''
