President Barack Obama's taunt to frustrated Republicans — "So sue me!" — is the "arrogant" ranting of a spoiled child, says Grace-Marie Turner, president of the Galen Institute.

"That is so arrogant, it is so unpresidential. It is like a 3-year-old throwing a temper tantrum,'' Turner said during a panel discussion on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV on Wednesday.

"He is not working with the Congress, of course. You're not going to hear that from him, but the House has been passing bill after bill after bill, [which] hits a stone wall when it goes over to the Senate because [Senate Majority Leader] Harry Reid will not bring it to the floor.''

"[That] the president should basically throw this kind of a temper tantrum, 'so sue me' — after losing before the Supreme Court 13 times — is unbelievably arrogant.''

Fellow panelist C. Edmund Wright, a columnist for Breitbart.com, said Obama's refusal to work with Congress is in stark contrast to how President Bill Clinton handled a majority of Republicans when he was in office.

"Clinton . . . governed basically with Newt Gingrich. I guess you could see he actually passed a Newt Gingrich agenda, which was the 'Contract with America,' and guess what? It worked,'' Wright said.

"Obama's done the opposite; he's doubled down on his far-left agenda. Nothing's working, everything's a disaster.

"And the American people, bless their hearts, [are] finally waking up with that [Quinnipiac University] poll [that calls Obama] the worst president since World War II," Wright said. "He clearly is. I'm surprised this many people realize it."
