Paul Vallely: US Must Be Committed to Destroying ISIS

The U.S. must give its military operation in Iraq to a four-star general with an order to "destroy ISIS,'' retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely said Friday during a discussion with Mideast expert Dr. Andrew Bostom, a professor of medicine at Brown University, on Newsmax TV's "The Steve Malzberg Show.''
