Newsmax Panel Debates Scientist's Global Warming Lawsuit

Dr. Michael Mann, the scientist who created the "hockey stick" climate temperature graph and the plaintiff in a defamation lawsuit against National Review and others, is the one responsible for chilling the debate on global warming, says Sam Kazman, general counsel for the Competitive Enterprise Institute, another defendant in the case.

Appearing on Newsmax TV's "America's Forum" on Monday, Kazman and left-leaning political commentator Ari Rabin-Havt debated the merits of the case.
