The Democratic Party plays the race card to attract Africa American voters, according to Carl Cannon, Washington Bureau Chief of RealClearPolitics.

"The Democratic Party depends on a heavy African American turnout,'' Cannon said Wednesday on "The Steve Malzberg Show'' on Newsmax TV.

"For [Attorney General] Eric Holder to say … if you oppose [President Barack Obama], if you don't agree with him, you're revealing racism. That's a double standard, that's hypocrisy.

"That's really intellectually dishonest. It means that he can't be judged the way every other president has been judged.''
