Shark Tank's Manjarres: Border Woes Stem From Not Enforcing Laws

Ari Rabin-Havt, host of The Agenda and former advisor to Senate Majority leader Harry Reid, and Javier Manjarres, managing editor of The Shark Tank joined J.D. Hayworth and Miranda Khan on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV on Monday to discuss what is causing the border crisis.

Rabin-Havt claims that "we've had an immigration problem in this country for a long time" because " none of our policies have made sense for a long time."

However, Manjarres disagrees.

"We've had laws on the books for years they just haven't been enforced," he explained. "If we're a country of laws, why not respect those laws? That's why they pass them in the first place."
