Former Reagan Adviser: Putin's Behavior is 'Outrageous'

Ken Adelman, former adviser to President Ronald Reagan, tells Newsmax TV that Russian President Vladimir Putin has done more than violate a nuclear force treaty. Adelman and political commentator Rick Ungar joined "America's Forum" to discuss the Russian leader's actions.

"We should be concerned, but nowhere near as concerned as Putin's other 15 acts of behavior that are rather outrageous including in Crimea, including in Ukraine, including predominantly in Syria where there are such slaughter of human beings and such disregard about human lives," Adelman said.
