Orthodontist's Suit Gets Oral Argument

Florida orthodontist and president of the American Courage Super PAC Larry Kawa joins Heritage Foundation legal expert Hans von Spakovksy on Newsmax TV to discuss Kawa's suit challenging the Obamacare mandate advancing to oral arguments.

Kawa says President Barack Obama has changed the law 38 times through "illegal executive action."
