Washington Examiner Executive Editor Mark Tapscott joined Ed Berliner on "MidPoint" on Newsmax TV on Monday to discuss media reaction to the border crisis and how it is changing the debate in Washington.

"The immigration issue, the political dynamics of it, are changing because of this immigration crisis — changing in a way that I suspect nobody in the Obama White House expected it to," Tapscott said.
