LIGNET's Ruth: US is ISIS' Enemy

Former CIA analyst Lisa Ruth of LIGNET tells "America's Forum" on NewsmaxTV that the beheading of American journalist James Foley indicates that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has "clearly identified the U.S. as an enemy."

"It ratchets up the level of danger both in terms of Americans in the Middle East, North Africa and in the region, soft targets over there and here at home," she said.
