An Israeli think tank is warning that some terrorist groups in Syria may have already gotten their hands on some of Syria’s chemical weapons, and that major stockpiles of chemical weapons are now in imminent danger of falling into the hands of terrorists. It’s clear from this report that the situation in Syria is moving so quickly that the capture or transfer of chemical weapons may render irrelevant the agreement reached in Geneva to destroy Syria's chemical weapons under the supervision of UN inspectors.
