Rick Santorum's campaign confirmed Wednesday that the former Senator had raised $1 million in 24 hours after winning three contests in Minnesota, Missouri and Colorado.

CNN reports that $800,000 of it came from online donations.

A source with the campaign said the Santorum website doubled traffic from the time the Senator tied, and later won, the Iowa caucuses.
