Karl Rove’s American Crossroads on Friday attacked former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for her handling of the Sept. 11 attack at the U.S. post in Libya that killed four Americans.

A video released by the super PAC includes testimony from Wednesday’s hearing by the House Oversight Committee, Politico reports.

Gregory Hicks, a foreign-service officer and ex-deputy chief in Libya, is shown recounting a 2 a.m. telephone call in which he briefed Clinton the night of the assault.

Hicks was the No. 2 to Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was among the four Americans who died in the attacks at the post in Benghazi.

Another scene in the video shows Clinton — considered a leading candidate for the White House in 2016 — blaming the attacks on an anti-Islamic video posted on YouTube, the original position by the Obama administration, Politico reports.

“[Hicks,] a 22-year diplomatic veteran intimidated for daring to blow the whistle — all under Hillary Clinton’s watch,” a man says in the video, Politico reports. “How could this happen? Why did she blame the video? And was she part of a cover-up?”

The American Crossroads video then shows Clinton’s testimony in January on Capitol Hill, in which she asked, “What difference does it make?” as to what precipitated the attacks.

“The difference is a cover-up of four American lives that deserve the truth,” the man says.
