Inspire, the radical Islamist magazine that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev credited with teaching him and brother Tamerlan how to build the bombs that killed three people at the Boston Marathon, is praising the pair's work in its latest issue.

The magazine is published in English, but it has leaked online in Arabic, Business Insider reports.

Terrorism consultant and former FBI employee Evan Kohlmann has tweeted translations from the magazine.

"Whatever the plan that Tsarnaevs drew to execute their devastating attack was, they really did a great job," read one tweet. Another: "The Tsarnaev mujahideen's choice of Boston as a target for the bombings was very appropriate indeed.. the iconic Boston Marathon."

And the magazine is warning Americans of more attacks, the New York Post reports.

It said the recent ricin-laced letters sent to Washington, D.C. "prove that your security has lapsed and that the attacks against you are taking a course that nobody can control . . . (So) save yourselves if you care for your own skin."

"O American people, your security will not be attained by denying security to other peoples, attacking them or oppressing them," the Inspire article continued. "Your security is in the hands of the fools among you who rule you with oppression and aggression. Know that oppression and aggression come back upon the heads of those who use them."
