President Obama has signaled he’ll try to weaken the new sanctions being imposed on Iran over the next six months by granting exemptions to our allies and using other loopholes that will keep the oil money flowing to Iran’s central bank.

The sanctions will be slowly implemented over the next six months, taking full effect in June.
