A new report from internet security firm Mandiant details China’s continuing and extensive cyber attacks on the United States and its institutions. While the report mostly confirms what is already known about the attacks, which began in 2006, it will increase demands from Congress that the United States do more to stop them and defend against similar threats from other nations.
