In 1994, Betsy McCaughey read the 1,362-page Clinton healthcare bill, warned the nation of its dangers, and made history. Today she’s doing it again. With a Ph.D. in constitutional history, she can actually tell us what the Obama health law says. Betsy McCaughey is a patient advocate and the founder of the Committee to Reduce Infection Deaths.
