Trump has been pretending to be someone he's not. I don't understand how Trump's supporters can rely on his always-shifting promises. Those who still feel comfortable baffle me. Yes, Trump won his liberal home state. Looking back, this could be one of his worst weeks of the campaign.

Ironically, the left's obsession over race, gender and the like tends to diminish, rather than promote, human dignity and individuality. Despite the skewed thinking and propaganda of leftists, Christianity has been a force of good in this world and continues to be.

Trump is pursuing a reckless path, because he is inflaming the passions of people who are already fit to be tied, partially for legitimate reasons. He is setting the table for post-convention antipathy, which would inhibit reunification of the party should Cruz get the nomination.

Ted Cruz supporters are hardly complacent, and don't believe we have to make a choice between a volatile candidate and a highly qualified, well-informed candidate, whom we can also expect to behave in a manner befitting the highest office of the land.

Trump has finally given his loyal supporters pause. He's definitely alienated a majority of women and others who might have considered voting for him. Continuing to be himself is leading to his implosion. The only question is whether he will fall far enough before the convention.
