Fox and CNN Confirm: Obama Wins Pa.

Fox News and CNN have now joined MSNBC is projecting that Barack Obama will win the key battleground state of Pennsylvania.

John McCain was hoping to pull out a win in the Keystone State and had campaigned frequently there in recent weeks.

Pennsylvania has 21 electoral votes.
