Al Gore and his warmist allies are dead wrong in blaming humans for climate change.

Mankind, in fact, is not guilty of causing any climate change. Underscoring that point is the fact that the European Foundation has chronicled 100 reasons humans are free from any blame for alleged global warming.

The foundation's blockbuster dossier starts with the disclosure that there isn’t a shred of real scientific proof that the warming, which has been on hold for the last decade, is the result of so-called greenhouse gases resulting from human activities. That rebuts one of the major claims of global warming alarmists.

One of the more persuasive disclosures — reason No. 4 — notes that, despite a huge surge in recorded CO2 emissions after World War II, global temperatures fell for 40 years after 1940.

Moreover, all through the Earth’s history, temperatures often have been warmer than now, and CO2 levels often have been more than 10 times as high. And the planet's climate has changed numerous times throughout history.

The 0.7C increase in the average global temperature during the past hundred years is entirely consistent with well-established, long-term, natural climate trends, the dossier revealed.

The foundation took aim at the global warming theory of the UN's International Panel on Climate Change, noting that it is " is driven by just 60 scientists and favorable reviewers, not the 4,000 usually cited."

Recalling the recent disclosures from hacked e-mails in a scandal known as “climategate,” the foundation charges that they suggest that the data has been manipulated by scientists at Britain's Climate Research Unit to exaggerate global warming. As Newsmax has reported, one of the hacked e-mails includes a statement that the research unit's scientists were desperate to suppress evidence that temperatures have been declining.

The dossier reveals "a large body of scientific research" that raises the possibility that the sun "is responsible for the greater share of climate change during the past 100 years. Although politicians and activists insist that rising sea levels are a direct cause of global warming, sea level rates have been increasing steadily since the last ice age 10,000 years ago.

The dossier takes aim at the hysteria over atmosphere CO2 levels, noting that CO2 is a minor greenhouse gas, unlike water vapor, which constitutes more than 90 percent of alleged atmospheric greenhouse gases tied to climate concerns, and is beyond human control.

Other points in the dossier that demolish global warming contentions:
  • The claim that that CO2 is the most common greenhouse gas is a myth "because greenhouse gases form about 3% of the atmosphere by volume, and CO2 constitutes about 0.037% of the atmosphere.
  • "Strong evidence from solar studies suggests that the Earth’s current temperature stasis will be followed by climatic cooling over the next few decades."
  • The claim that receding glaciers prove global warming is real ignores the fact that glaciers have been receding and growing cyclically for many centuries.
  • The poles are not warming — although the western Arctic may be getting somewhat warmer, we also see that the Eastern Arctic and Greenland are getting colder.
The dossier concludes by citing the nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change, which states, “We find no support for the IPCC’s claim that climate observations during the twentieth century are either unprecedented or provide evidence of an anthropogenic effect on climate.”

In other words, cool it on global warming.
