Edwards: I'd Rely on Bill Clinton if Elected

Sunday, 30 Dec 2007 08:36 PM

Even if Hillary Clinton doesn't win the presidential election, Bill Clinton still might play a role in a Democratic administration.

John Edwards said Bill Clinton could have a place in his administration, and he fully expects the ex-president will serve in some capacity if Hillary wins.

"I think it's unrealistic to think that President Clinton wouldn't play a major role,” Edwards said on CBS’s "Face the Nation." “You know, as a matter of fact, I think that President Clinton may play some role in my administration in providing help around the world and with leaders around the world."
