Barack Obama has won Pennsylvania, a crucial battleground state, according to MSNBC. The network is also giving Obama Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Delaware, D.C., Maryland, New Jersey. McCain has won Tennessee, Oklahoma.
