Palin Stands Up for Iowans on Taxes

Friday, 03 Dec 2010 11:17 AM

Republicans are united in their effort to continue Bush-era tax cuts for everyone, not just those with annual income of less than $200,000. So it’s no surprise that former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, in Iowa Thursday to promote her new book, pointed out how the Democratic stance on taxes would hurt the state’s residents, as The Hill reports .

Palin, a potential presidential candidate, has visited Iowa, home to the nation’s first presidential primary, several times. But she has definitively declined to discuss any presidential aspirations there. Her book is titled “America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith, and Flag.”
