Possible GOP presidential candidates Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin share similar conservative views and support from the tea party movement. But the presidential campaign is big enough to handle both of them, says Bachmann, who appears likely to run, The Huffington Post reports.

There's "enough room for a lot of contenders" to take on President Barack Obama, she told ABC's "Good Morning America" Tuesday.
Bachmann considers Palin a "friend," rather than a "competitor," but says she has no problem competing against that friend.
"I compare myself to Barack Obama, not any other of the Republican candidates," Bachmann said.
“And I think there's no question that in 2012, the Republicans will field a wide bench of contenders against President Obama. I think the comparisons will be very favorable."
