Hannity: Wall St. Protest Support Will Haunt Obama, Pelosi

President Barack Obama and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi will find that their support of Occupy Wall Street will come back to haunt the administration, Sean Hannity said on his radio show today.

“It is a movement comprised mostly of aging hippies who apparently don’t work for a living,” Hannity said.

Hannity described the protesters as “a coalition of bizarre, leftist groups,” “washed-up Hollywood actors,” and “fat, rich film producers” who are “absolutely clueless on anything.”

If the protesters are rallying against crony capitalism, they should push to limit the government’s power over Wall Street, and not increase it, Hannity said.

“Crony capitalism — Solyndra — that is to Wall Street what an impersonator is to Elvis,” he said. “The first thing they should argue for is limiting the size of government.”

Reports and photos of the protest scenes, which have multiplied since mid-September in a wave of anti-corporate-greed fervor, include incidents of simulated sex, topless women, strewn garbage, and lessons on how to pick the locks of handcuffs, Hannity said.

“This group of protesters . . . they’re supported by the president. They’re supported by Nancy Pelosi. I think it is a great opportunity for conservatives to link Pelosi, Obama, and the Democrats to all of the madness that’s going on there.”
