Conservative talk show host Glenn Beck slapped the dreaded “progressive” label on former Arkansas governor and potential presidential candidate Mike Huckabee. Beck usually reserves the term for the worst of the worst and has equated progressivism with cancer that must be excised from America, The Examiner reported.

Beck, who sometimes has derided progressives as “Nazis,” apparently turned on his Fox News colleague because Huckabee supports First Lady Michelle Obama's anti-obesity campaign, the Examiner reported.  During his radio show, Beck said Huckabee “is the perfect progressive candidate for the Republican Party.

“He’s the guy. He will play along with the party politics. He will get along to get along. He will move things along. He does not want to disrupt giant government, I don’t think he for this kind of giant government . . . He’s perfect for the progressives.”
