DC Police Say Clear One of Two Remaining Shooting Suspects

Washington police said Monday that one of two men they had feared were tied to a shooting rampage on a US naval base has been cleared as a suspect.

"The white male in the tan outfit has been identified and is not a suspect or person of interest," the force said on its Twitter account, referring to an earlier warning.
