A source says Portwood admitted to hospital staff that she ingested a variety of pills before being found Tuesday afternoon.
It was on-again, off-again boyfriend Gary Shirley’s mother who found Portwood. After receiving word from Shirley of a disturbing conversation he had with Portwood, Shirley’s mother went to the house to investigate. According to the source, she found Portwood unconscious on the couch.
