Self-raising flour – 2 cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Pumpkin puree - 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp.
Salt – ½ tsp.
Baking powder – 1 tsp.
A handful of dry fruits such as walnuts
Mix all the ingredients together, use your favorite cookie cutters, and bake the mixture on a greased cookie sheet in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 375 F.

2.Pumpkin Pie: This is one of the easiest recipes for thanksgiving and an absolute must have!

 A 9-inch prebaked pie crust
Cold milk – 2 cups
Instant vanilla pudding – 2 small packets
Pumpkin puree – 1 can
A pinch of cinnamon
Whipped cream topping – 1 can
All you need to do is whip all the ingredients together using a hand blender and pour it over a pie crust. Chill this dessert for 3 to 4 hours and serve it by dressing it up with a whipped cream topping.

3. Mexican recipes: Spanish rice, chicken enchiladas, and hot chili and burritos are some Mexican recipes for thanksgiving that can be easily prepared at home. Not only are these easy to make because ingredients like tortillas, nachos, and sauces can be picked off the shelf, but they’re also nutritious and healthy. One of the easiest recipes is nachos and cheese. Buy the nachos and some top-quality cooking cheese. Melt the cheese and add a few chopped green chillies to it and you’ve got a delicious Mexican recipe ready to eat!

4. Easy stuffing recipes
: Thanksgiving dinner is incomplete without a turkey. You can modify the traditional thanksgiving recipes  to make it simple and easy to cook. The best way to prepare healthy stuffing for your turkey is to prepare it separately rather than baking it inside the turkey. Also, instead of going for a bread-based stuffing, try wild rice. This is healthier and easier to cook.
