Actor Morgan Freeman, a passionate supporter of President Barack Obama, had some words of advice for his man after speaking briefly with the president on Martha’s Vineyard Monday.
“What I wanted to tell him is to get p---ed off, get fighting mad,’’ The Boston Globe
quotes Freeman as saying.
But the 74-year-old Freeman, who won an academy award for the 2004 film “Million Dollar Baby,” isn’t too optimistic that the president will follow his advice.
“I know he won’t because he doesn’t think it’s politically smart,’’ the actor said. “If I could vote for him 1,000 times, I would. I think he’s been horribly sandbagged, and it makes me so angry.’’
