Sunday marked the 30 year anniversary of Harrison Ford’s “Raiders of the Lost Ark.” The film was originally released on June 12, 1981.
Following the release, Harrison Ford subsequently made three additional Indiana Jones movies — “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom“(1984), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” (1989), and “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” (2008).
Actor Shia LaBeouf, who starred with Ford in “Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,” said that a fifth film “isn’t far off,” when asked about the Indiana Jones legacy.
“I talked to [Harrison Ford],” he told MTV News. “He said he’s staying in the gym, he said he’s heard no word, but he does know that [George Lucas] is out there looking for a MacGuffin.”
